  1. Hi! I’ve never met you in person but i did see you last weekend in Austin as a guest poser.You did an awsome job. I went down to see wondel leflore, he always says great things about you i trained with him for about 2 minths til i moved and my boyfreind has seen you at the golds gym in round rock he says you do awsome push ups! just wanted to say keep it up and you have a new fan!

  4. Hey Adela! Just browsing through your website checking out your OFF Camp dates. I’m sure you don’t remember me, but I had the wonderful opportunity to meet you last year at Phat Camp in Dallas, Tx. You and Jenny are AWESOME!! You girls motivated me to do my first national figure show. It was tough, but I made it through. I placed 1st in Masters and 2nd in Open. I was thrilled!! Finally, at 38 years old, I accomplished my goal, thanks to you two!! It’s great how ya’ll are such good friends and touch and inspire so many people. Keep up the awesome work! You ROCK!
